Quadro Receives International Recognition with Smart Rural Community Award LUCAN, ON January 31, 2018 Quadro Communications Co-Operative Inc. (Quadro) based in Lucan and surrounding communities is one of 13 rural communications firms in North America to be honored with the title Smart Rural Community by NTCA. Quadro was honoured with an award for deploying advanced technologies and leveraging those technologies to enable innovation in the areas of economic development and commerce, education, enhanced heath care, government services, security and energy use. Twelve other providers and their communities in Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas also were recognized. A unit represents a Buyer and/or Seller in a real estate transaction.
